Nikita Bernardo

Nikita Bernardo (She/Her) is an early career design graduate, from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. She has recently designed the set for Ignorance was Bliss (2024) at The Liberty Theatre and Spongebob the Musical (2023) at Presbyterian Ladies College. She is currently working on Bring it on, the Musical at St Hilda’s Anglican Girls school. Her work during her training at WAAPA includes the Set Design for *Cabaret - Joe Masteroff, (*2021) at The Roundhouse Theatre and the costume designs for *Into the Woods - Stephen Soundheim, (*2021) at the State Theatre Centre, Studio Underground. Although formally trained in theatre, she has had some experience in film, and is furthering her study in Interior Architecture, at Curtin University.
