TEACHING

Ballet / Contemporary / Conditioning

I teach ballet technique, improvisation skills, fundamentals of contemporary technique, and related conditioning (pilates/yoga/barre/fusion) tailored to you or your studio's needs. I have taught a variety of ages, from creative dance for young children, beginner-intermediate dancers, to private conditioning classes for older adults.
